Morgan is an absolute sweetheart! He is a very much loved family member who needs help finding a new home.

Morgan has lived with his Mom and Dad since he was just 7 weeks old. They rescued him from Chesterfield Animal Control. Morgan's Mom has some health issues and Morgan's Dad took care of her and Morgan. Sadly Morgan's Dad passed away in May 2011 and now his Mom is going into an assisted living facility. Morgan must find another family to help care for.

Morgan was born in February 2005. He is a fairly good size boy weighing in the high ninety pound range. He has been very well cared for his entire life. He was neutered as a young dog and has had annual vetting and been kept on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. He just had his annual vetting all updated June 2011.

Morgan is house trained. He has never been crated. He enjoys being outside as well as inside. He does not jump a four foot fence. He doesn't seem too found of cats just by his reaction when they go past his yard. He has been around other dogs but has never lived with other dogs. He is very fond of all humans, male and female, and definitely seems to like children.

Morgan is a pretty laid back boy who really enjoys playtime with a tug toy, tossing a ball for him, and oh yes, his favorite toy is a real sea shell. He loves this thing. That is what he is playing with in this picture.

A family from the church where Morgan's Mom is a member is helping with Morgan's adoption. David & Rita can be contacted at for more information.

Our rescue will help with the process as far as making sure a good home is found for Morgan. Please consider giving this very special boy a home. We are hoping to find a home for him by December 1 when his Mom will be moving. He is available any time to go to a new home.
